At Laurel Place, we pride ourselves on running one of the most well maintained properties anywhere in the North Hollywood area – both inside and out. All of our units have been recently upgraded and include striking laminate flooring, high quality ceiling fans, granite countertops, a built-in microwave, a gas range and more. Everything you need to live the life of your dreams is what you’ll have from the moment you walk in the door.

While dogs are not allowed in Laurel Place, one cat per home is absolutely welcome with a $500 deposit. Laurel Place is a non-smoking community and does not participate in the Section 8 program. Water conservation measures are also in place not only to help us do our part to preserve the environment, but also to help you save money on your monthly utility bills at the same time. Please note that the rental price is for up to three occupants per home at any given time.
