Laurel Place is an absolutely gorgeous 15 unit, two story building apartment community located right in the heart of the historic North Hollywood area. We’ve gone out of our way over the last several years to make sure you always have access to all of the features and amenities you need to begin and end every day feeling as satisfied as possible. Not only does our on-site parking offer ample space for both residents and their friends and family members, but you also have access to a large on-site laundry facility for you to use as needed.
Rent for our one and two bedroom units ranges from $1100 to $1500 per month depending on the floor plan that you’ve selected. All of our recently renovated and upgrade units feature a built-in microwave and gas range, incredible granite countertops, high quality laminate flooring and more. Anything that you need to live out the life you’ve always wanted is something that we’re prepared to give to you – guaranteed.
Please note that while one cat is okay with a $500 deposit, no dogs are allowed in Laurel Place. The community is also proud to act as a non-smoking living facility and it does not participate in the Section 8 program. The listed rental price is for up to three occupants at one time. Water conservation measures are also in place to help us stay in line with current and future regulations in the state of California.
